I hold a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science and multiple certifications in Pain-Free Performance, Precision Nutrition, and CrossFit. I’ve spent the last seven years coaching, studying, and refining what actually works—not just for the short term, but for real life.
Now I get to help hundreds of people apply those principles to get stronger, move better, and build healthier relationships with food and training.
